Sale Period
The Craft 360 Birthday Sale runs from 11:00 AM AEDT Sunday 16 March 2026 to 4:00 PM AEDT Sunday 23 March 2026.
All discounts and promotional offers are available strictly within this period unless ended earlier at Craft 360’s discretion.
These Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions apply in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these promotional terms will prevail for the duration of the Birthday Sale.
Discounts & Eligibility

Discounts of up to 60% off are available across selected products and variants.

Not all products or variants are included in the sale. Some items and sizes — including certain bulk products — may not be discounted.

The discount badge displayed on collection pages reflects the highest discount available for any variant within that product listing, typically the smallest size or variant.

This means the advertised discount may not apply to every size or variant of the product. Customers should click through to the product page to view the specific discount applied to each variant.

All discounts apply automatically at checkout — no discount code is required.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional code, voucher, or offer.

Gift cards are excluded from all discounts and promotions.
Free Shipping Offer

Free standard shipping is available within Australia only on orders over $120 AUD, calculated on the final discounted order total after any discounts have been applied.

This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to express delivery.

Shipping delays may occur due to the high volume of orders placed during the sale period.
Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

Eligible orders with a final discounted value of $99 AUD or more (before shipping) will receive a free 15ml Essential Oil Blend, valued at $27.50 AUD.

Free gifts are automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is reached.

Gifts with purchase are available while stocks last and may be substituted if necessary.

Gift items cannot be exchanged for other products, store credit, or cash.

If an order is returned (where applicable), the gifted item must also be returned in new and unused condition.
Returns & Exchanges

Purchases made during the Birthday Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items remain covered under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist.
Order Volume & Fulfilment

Due to the high volume of orders during the Birthday Sale, processing and dispatch times may be longer than usual.

Craft 360 operates with live inventory; however, as a small family-run team managing a high volume of orders, occasional inventory synchronisation issues may occur.

If this occurs, we will endeavour to restock the product as quickly as possible and will keep you informed with updated dispatch timeframes.

If the item cannot be restocked within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you to arrange either:

a suitable replacement product, or
-
a refund for the unavailable item.

Warehouse & Pick-Up Orders

During the Birthday Sale period, the Craft 360 warehouse is open for pre-ordered pickups only.

Sale pricing and promotional offers apply only to orders placed online.

Walk-in purchases may not be able to be accommodated due to warehouse workload during the sale period. If a walk-in purchase is processed, Birthday Sale discounts and offers will not apply.
Errors & Corrections
While we strive for accuracy, Craft 360 reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, omissions, or technical issues, and to cancel or adjust orders if necessary.
